13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

13.2 Jurisdiction and Venue

Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California, and you hereby consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in such courts.

Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will attempt to resolve disputes within thirty (30) days of receiving written notice.

Your continued use of the Website after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage Parents and Guardians to review these Terms periodically.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Website at any time, with or without cause, and without notice. Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law shall survive any termination.
